1. About Legacy InnerShift Institute

Legacy InnerShift Institute is the institutional home of the Legacy InnerShift Ecosystem™. The ecosystem includes the Forgiveness Framework™, InnerShift M.A.P.™, InnerShift Culture™, and The Legacy Experience™. Our work is designed to support leaders in strengthening their inner world, aligning mind, body, and spirit, and leading from greater wholeness. The Site may provide information about leadership development, educational experiences, coaching, intensives, communities, speaking engagements, events, workbooks, digital resources, and other offerings. Specific programs may have additional terms, eligibility requirements, schedules, pricing, refund provisions, or participation requirements.

2. Educational, Leadership & Wellness Disclaimer

Legacy InnerShift Institute provides leadership development, educational, coaching, and personal-development experiences. Unless a specific service expressly states otherwise in writing, the information and experiences provided through the Site are not medical, mental-health, psychological, legal, financial, or other professional advice, and they are not a substitute for care from a qualified licensed professional. References to neuroscience, emotional intelligence, trauma-informed leadership, forgiveness, or related concepts are provided for educational and leadership-development purposes. Participation does not create a clinician-patient, therapist-client, attorney-client, financial-advisor-client, or other professional relationship unless separately established by a qualified professional under applicable law. You are responsible for determining whether a particular experience is appropriate for you and for seeking qualified professional support when needed.

3. Use of the Site

5. User Submissions & Community Content

If you voluntarily submit comments, testimonials, feedback, photographs, videos, written materials, or other content to us through the Site, forms, communities, or other digital channels, you represent that you have the right to provide that content and that doing so does not violate another person’s rights.

You retain ownership of your original content. We will handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and any specific consent you provide.

6. Programs, Events, Purchases & Payments

Certain Services may require registration, enrollment, payment, or acceptance of additional program-specific terms. Prices, inclusions, dates, availability, payment plans, and other details will be presented at the time of enrollment or purchase and may be subject to change before purchase.

Where an offering includes a seed, enrollment fee, ticket, membership, digital product, intensive, or other paid participation, the applicable checkout or enrollment terms control if they conflict with these general Terms. Any refund, cancellation, transfer, rescheduling, or expiration terms applicable to a specific offering will be disclosed with that offering. Please review those terms before completing a transaction.

7. Third-Party Services & Links

The Site may link to or use third-party platforms for scheduling, payment processing, video conferencing, email, text messaging, community participation, analytics, or other functions. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Legacy InnerShift Institute is not responsible for the independent practices, availability, security, or content of third-party services.

13. Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Site or any Service when reasonably necessary, including where we believe a user has violated these Terms, created a safety or security risk, engaged in unlawful conduct, or disrupted a community or program.
